Our engagement pricing starts with a minimum fee for the core Executive Coaching and Growth Advisory work with the Founder CEO, and increases as we include broader professional development work and custom-tailored trainings (whether for leadership/management teams, specific functions, or the entire organization).
We do not take on those kinds of engagements. Based on both personal experience and extensive research, we strongly believe that the most critical success factor for this stage of company maturation is the adaptability and growth mindset of the Founder CEO. Accordingly, we only take engagements that have Executive Coaching and Growth Advisory work with the Founder CEO at the core of the engagement.
Our specialty is working with Founder CEO’s, so our core Executive Coaching work focuses solely on them. That said, we very commonly support the Founder CEO in optimizing the composition and performance of their leadership team, and in doing so often act as a “strategic mentor” for other leadership roles in the company.
We do not take on engagements where we are hired directly by a Board or investment group, as our approach centers on a primary and confidential allegiance to the Founder CEO. That said, the success of the Founder CEO is of course very commonly directly aligned with the incentives of Board members and investors, who are looking to increase the probability of a strong return on their investment as the organization matures.
